Let My Children Go, Inc.

1. Tax Deductibility

Let My Children Go, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation incorporated in the State of Iowa. EIN: 33-4735910. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by federal law. You will receive an email receipt for every donation, which serves as your official tax acknowledgment letter. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated.

2. How Donations Are Used

All donations fund the establishment and ongoing operation of the restoration home: staffing, trauma-informed clinical care, housing costs, educational resources, faith formation programming, and the operational expenses necessary to carry out our mission.

3. Monthly Partnership (Recurring Donations)

Monthly partnership donations are charged to your payment method on the same date each month. You may cancel, modify the amount, or pause your recurring gift at any time. No penalties or fees apply.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests submitted within 60 days of the donation date will be considered. To request a refund, contact ihopemike@gmail.com with your name, donation date, and amount. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to guarantee refunds on donations that have already been allocated to program expenses. Recurring gift cancellations take effect before the next scheduled charge; charges already processed are not automatically refunded.

5. Restricted and Designated Gifts

Unless specifically agreed upon in writing prior to the donation, all gifts are unrestricted and may be allocated at the discretion of Let My Children Go's leadership to meet the greatest organizational needs consistent with our mission. If you wish to designate a gift for a specific purpose, contact us before donating to confirm we can honor the restriction.

6. Donation Processing

Donations are processed by CauseVox, a third-party platform. Your payment information is handled by CauseVox and is not stored on Let My Children Go's servers.

7. Donor Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share donor information with any third party. Donor records are maintained confidentially. Impact reports sent to donors are anonymized. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Matching Gifts

If your employer offers a matching gift program, Let My Children Go may be eligible. Contact your HR department for instructions, then notify us at ihopemike@gmail.com so we can support the match process.

9. Planned Giving and Estate Gifts
